In this seminar, we will be breaking down the need for garnishes to bolster any good cocktail program.We will begin by discussing the history of garnishes, then classify different types of garnish programs, and finally break down what makes a good or bad garnish. At the end of the seminar, we will demonstrate the cost effect garnishes can have on drinks, address measures that can be taken to promote sustainability, as well as demonstrate a couple cool garnish techniques.
